Hi, I’m Shannon a Registered Massage Therapist serving Grande Cache and the surrounding community.

I believe everyone deserves access to wellness, and no concern is too small (or too complex) to be taken seriously.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, feeling the effects of stress, or simply looking to take better care of your body, I’m here to support you. My treatments are tailored to each individual I specialize in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage , and prenatal massage depending on your needs.

With over 6 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients and conditions, including muscle tension, mobility restrictions, nerve-related discomfort, and more. I have worked in hospitals as a massage therapist and have a vast amount of medical knowledge. I’ve also been honoured to receive multiple awards in Ontario for my work in massage therapy.

More importantly, I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. You don’t need to wait until something is “serious enough” to seek treatment  your well-being matters at every stage.
